REmove Kapanen and Robertson, and I still don’t do it.
Gally is done and overpaid. Desmith is in the AHL and although looks promising has a negative history behind him. Not sure if Dubas would want to bring him in to our culture.

This is correct. The overpayment is inhumane.

Keefe had a bad repuatation as a teenager ... but as a coach ...

- Won 4 straight Junior A championships
- Won OHL coach of the year
- Has the highest win % in AHL coaching history

Very different situations (Keefe is more like the Kane's ... did dumb stuff but is good at his job).

Yeah, the original comment was made about DeSmith's (goalie) negative history, then saying that the negative history is coaches not liking their 200 foot game. I suppose that is what happens when someone just posts stuff to post stuff... they don't even know what they are saying.

Both Galchenyuk and DeSmith have negative history with regards to their performance.

Galchenyuk burns all his goodwill with coach after coach because he won't play a complete game. And DeSmith is obvious ...

I suppose that is what happens when someone just complains about stuff just to complain ... they don't even know what they are complaining about.

You honestly couldn't get Kapanen OR Robertson ALONE for DeSmith + Galchenyuk ... they're GARBAGE.

What a horrid trade for the Leafs. An AHL goalie and a poor player on an expiring contract. For the steady Kapanen, the Leaf best forward prospect and a pick.
