Description

Saw a really weak article that suggested TB might move Kucherov. Obviously this is not gonna happen but he doesn’t have any m-NTC or NMC this year but will for the next 7 years. So *if* TB is considering moving him, the time is now.

He’d be a great RW and PP specialist for the Hawks.

This is just for fun but for discussion purposes, what do you think value would be for Kucherov? I’m assuming I didn’t send enough.

**NOTE** After enough people said I didn’t do enough, I changed the trade to be much more TB friendly. I’m learning. Thanks for discussion.

It’s crazy because if I’m BriseBois I’m packing Kucherov’s bags for him and driving him to the airport myself. You have to value 4 players over 1. The NHL is such a team sport that having Kucherov is great but what are you doing the other 2/3s of the game when he’s sitting on the bench? Or worse...injured. This isn’t basketball where you add LeBron and the rest of the crap doesn’t matter and you’re a playoff team.

I addressed this in an earlier comment. I think he is overpaid but he did at age 30-31 put up career numbers in goals, assists and points. And that was 3 years into his contract. So it’s not as if he’s regressing.
