TOR Trade - I'm not married to those prospects, could be a different two depending on who they were.

Sheary, Vesey, Rodrigues are each interchangeable depth forwards to be added to trades to make money work and replace some forward production. Any of them could be swapped in the 2 trades with certain cap retention to make it work.

I don't think they're all bad.
Most teams don't have the cap to fit a bottom pair d-man like Bogo at $5.1M. It's not prohibitive for BUF to eat half and send his often injured butt off for a mid/late round pick

Galchenyuk is a rental, and McCabe is not one of BUF 6 best D-Men IMO. It's only an extra year, BUF isn't losing too much for an offensive upside risk.

Nylander trade - I don't think it's an overpayment. It's always tough to trade him because his Cap hit is high. Risto is a bottom pair D-Man for most teams, but is a PP QB and would be an upgrade for TOR on the right side. Vesey is rental who can play up and down the lineup and maybe contribute some lost goals from Nylander. The prospects Samuelsson and Weissbach are B-Level at best, but still have some potential.

No to all of them. Sabres lose all 3. No way theyre trading Risto right now, Scandella is the LD on the block for a reason and like Swag said, 50% retention, they could get better, and imo may as well pick up some cheap depth moving Bogo
