Not sure if the value is accurate here. But I think it gets the conversation started. Doubtful Blues move Faulk after signing him long term though.

I liked what I saw out of Thomas playing C.

Ducks get fleeced on that one.

Justin Faulk has next to no value now that he's being paid $6.5mil per year. Rakell is worth a lot more than that, and he's young, Anaheim isn't trading him for nothing.

Yes but he'd have to be part of package to get a better player, a la Rakell. Barbashev provides huge value for his cost so trading him for a draft pick or a prospect doesn't make sense.
