        Sharks fan here.

I gotta say, this looks pretty darn good if I'm a Hawks fan. You really think Panarin's ready to make the jump to 1st line minutes?

Btw sucks about the lame return you get for Saad (as much as it hurt seeing the Hawks get their 3rd SC in 6yrs, the respect factor is still very much there for me as a Sharks fan... can't say the same thing about the Nucks, Ducks, or Kings in particular).

Thanks! Glad to know that other fans think this is good, alot of hawks fans are freaking out after Saad trade, but I honestly think this looks better than the roster with Saad at 5x5. As for Panarin, he might not be ready to be a "true" first liner yet, but you can pretty much plug in anyone with some amount of skill with Toews+Hossa and they will be good, and it will help his development alot. From what I've seen, Panarin has a ton of talent and isn't a "soft" 5'11 which should help him out. As for the Saad trade, it was fine. Sadly the hawks needed to do it because he was apperantly asking for 6.5x6 years which would totally screw the Hawks. Getting a big 3rd line center that Q will love and a fantastic prospect who was great in CBJ at the start of the year (35 gp, 21 points, 90 hits) and is only 20 on an entry level contract is a solid return IMO. Alot of people are actually saying the Hawks won, but I think it's one of those trades where both teams are happy.

Dano is very good, Anisimov is very solid too, good trade on both sides if Saad signs with the CBJ.
