Idk why everyone keeps mcdavid at center, he isn't the greates at taking draws, and his speed might make him a good winger just for the tournament. Also I would keep Bergeron at center to take draws

My lines would be:
Mcdavid - Crosby - Mackinnon (dirty)
Marchand - Bergeron - Stammer
Hall - Tavares - Scheifele
Huberdeau - ROR - Stone

This is an All Star team, not a world championship team. You need 3rd and 4th line players. You can't have top 6 players playing in the bottom 6 playing 8-14 mins a game. It won't work.

Bergeron and Crosby have been playing on the same line since 06 crosby is also very good at face offs if u wanna be that technical the can switch for their strong side draws.. and if y watch mcdavid play him on the wing wouldn’t work to well it’s really not a huge deal who takes the face off just have Tavares take it on his strong side then Mackinnon on his strong side..

How tf does 3rd 4th line players make Team Canada better? When u have players like ROR stone Bergeron Tavares that are amazing two way players and kill penalties and much more.. plz explain I would love to hear this

Every team needs role players. Amazing top 6, best Canadian 3rd liners who can be physical and kill penalties and put up a little offense, the best 4th liners to wear and beat down the opponent. Its simple ****ing hockey sense. What all of you are insisting is putting an all star team on the ice and that doesn't work. Herb Brooks broke that down and if you want a more in depth version of what I am talking about look up Brian Burkes video on the topic on youtube.

Define best lineup? 12 top 6 superstars forwards and 7 top pairing defenseman, let me guess, you want them to be all offensive? Yeah on paper that's all great, but when you are playing star players 8-14 mins a game it doesn't work and always conflict comes...

I don’t see the problem with my lineup I had made earlier also having players like stone Tavares Bergeron ROR even crosby killing penalties lots of skill on the pp if u saw my lineup also balances 4 very very strong lines on both sides of the puck..
