This is fine with me. I know they are going to want to play Staal, and if he were to play once a week or so it's not the end of the world. The kids can learn from watching too. But they need the majority of the starts.

I like these lines because Panarin will help Chytil and Kakko. However, I don’t see this happening. I think the Kreider- Chytil- Buchnievich won’t be broken up because they’ve been great together. Buch has been phenomenal with this line and the underlying statistics suggest that he has been one of the top forwards for the Rangers this year. Because he has already found success, I don’t see any point in moving him from Kreider and Chytil.

You're telling me the reason Buch has been phenomenal the past couple of games is because of Chytil, if anything playing with Mika will only make him better, it's an upgrade.
I wish DQ would put these 2 lines together and give them a shot, I feel like their really ideal.

That’s not what I’m saying. I’m saying that Buchnievich has been a great player this year and one of the best forwards on the Rangers. This line of Kreider- Chytil- Buchnievich has found a lot of success and I’m saying I don’t wanna break them apart, especially because of how much Buchnievich’s play is rubbing off on Chytil and Kreider. I wouldn’t mind your lines, but I don’t see Quinn completely changing up everything and I don’t want to see that either.

Lol Quinn already switched it up. He put Buch on the 1st line in the 3rd period for the Panthers game.

Tomorrow’s game vs Pittsburgh is with Buch on the 2nd line again.
