I think Lindholm is a great target to offer sheet, but 6x5 will probably just get matched by Anaheim. I think it will take a longer term and a 6.5 to 7 mill cap hit for them to even think about walking away.

Why offer sheet Lindholm? We have enough defensive depth. I could see us maybe signing a UFA D veteran.

Because Lindholm is leagues better than any UFA D left on the board (and probably when Free Agency started too). You'd rather have Kris Russell for $4m or Fowler at $6 or $7?
