Sandin isn't going to learning to play the right side in his rookie season. This fascination with numbering pairs

I know harper got sent down today....not sure why? He's by far better than marincin. marincin is the Pizza King...non-stop pizza's (givaways) every shift....not sure why he is being rewarded for this...ya he can skate a bit and has a long reach but if you have non stop giveaways, you will always be playing on defense....harpur makes plays all over the ice. good heads up with the puck, poise, confidence, touch, long reach...yes his footspeed is bad but his stride is decent and he can make up for the lack of footspeed with his reach...hes a smart player....I do understand however if babcock is simply trying to reward players that have spent more time with the organization (if its a close call that is)...but this is not a close call....im very upset about this.

Also, ceci is a 5/6 defensement on a good team....$4.5M is too much to pay for a 5/6...we should trade him for a pick and promote dermott and sandin into the top 5 positions with harpur the #6 dman and marincin the #7 dman....trading ceci will allow the team to grab a depth player or another dman or scorer at the trade deadline (you could also just keep him as a depth defensemen for the playoff run)

Agreed. I saw Nothing from Harpur. Mar Mar has been steady enough for a third pairing guy who PKs as well.
