I'd do that in a hearthbeat from a MTL perspective.

If you want to land Boldy, you'd have to give up a value of 10th overall pick or so. Juulsen, Ylönen and 2nd are not that. Adding more B-prospects there doesn't work either, otherwise it becomes a classic quantity for quality trade.

Top prospects get only traded for other top prospect or a established top6 player, say Tatar, Drouin or Petry.

What about Tatar and Juulsen for Boldy straight up? I just think he'd make a wonderfull second line with Poehling and Caufield

MIN doesn't need Tatar as they're rebuilding and VAN can't afford it in this example. Value is decent enough though.

Well what he is if not that to be fair? Aside from the great play in juniors, he hasn't showed to be a dominant prospect in Finnish League.

Bruh. Not a single under 20 year old has ever managed that. Barkov's 48 points in 53 games and Kakko's 38 points in 45 games are the best results from a junior player in that league. Barkov was 18yo when he scored that amount, Kakko was 17yo. Those are the A level star prospects. Ylönen is turning 20 this year and I'm almost 100% certain he won't score those numbers.

Scoring 40 points during a healthy season is a great performance for a B-prospect, honestly.

I know, but Ylonen is a B+ prospect, Mtl have so many prospect so we class Ylonen like a B prospect.

As far as he has shown for now, I'd consider him as a B-prospect. He hasn't shown anything that special to be considered other than that.

That's what 2nd round picks typically tend to be, unless they play a super year like Aho did for instance after being drafted...

Kaliyev's B+ prospect that was projected to go first round but for some reason got dropped to second. It happens.

2018 RW : Svechnikov Zadina Kravtsov Wahlstrom ( all top 15 ) Serron Noel 34 OA Jesse Ylonen 35 OA. Ylonen was technically the 6th best RW of the draft.

Kaliyev was the 5th LW to be draft in the 2019 draft ( alot of centers ).

We can say both are B+ prospect
