Poehling, Suzuki, and Kotkaniemi all in the top 9. To achieve this, Domi had to be moved to wing and Byron had to move to 4th line C. Byron has played C in the past, when MTL's center depth was bad he centered Pacioretty for a few games.

Kotkaniemi will obviously play in the NHL again, if he got stronger over the summer he should be able to handle a bigger role.

Poehling should be a lock as well after recording a hat trick in his only NHL game. He is physically ready.

Suzuki would help MTL's powerplay immensely, so I think he should also be given a good look to make the team.

This lineup gives the habs two offensive lines:
Domi-Kotkaniemi-Suzuki
Drouin-Poehling-Weal

And two defensive / two-way lines:
Tatar-Danault-Gallagher
Lehkonen-Byron-Armia

Very good forward depth.

Not much changes on defence from last year. Chiarot replaces Benn. Juulsen starts in the AHL until there is an injury or he forces his way back to the NHL.
