Mode - plafond salarial: Basique

Description

We help out Boston with taking some cap space and we miller for a year at a cheap rate. He can play with Fowler on the second pairing and if the finnish kid we signed is performing well, Fowler switches sides and plays with Guhle instead and Larsson plays with Miller on the 3rd pairing. If this team is outside of the playoff race during the trade deadline they can flip Miller for some picks.

you're right but it doesn't hurt to ask if we can get him. Taking Backes at half retained and Miller with a draft pick would help Boston out still.

I don't think Miller would be a cap dump, I think they'll get a decent (3rd? 4th?) pick for him. Backes half retained and a pick would help Boston out a little, taking on 75-100% of Backes should get you a high pick/prospect.

He's not but with the Ducks having a question mark on defense. I don't think its a big deal if Miller was thrown in with this trade. It is better than it costing you a 1st rounder and high end prospect for someone taking backes.
