I think Det has the money to do this. Plus 3 D are gone next year. Kreider is gone at the deadline for 1st and top prospect. Hotton and Phaneuf are pto's. Just not sure what the RFA's are going to get.

not worth the trouble, Abdelkader contract is too much. Would rather keep Shatty til next year (he only will cost a team 2mil if we pay signing bonus next july) then trade, buyout Staal and bury Beleskey.
