One morning the Preds and Wild are talking a swap of Jason Tucker for Kyle Turris over coffee. GMJR comes in with some fresh scones and say's " I got some real nice cap dump defensemen, can I play?" Here is how the trade goes down:
The Penguins give up Gudbranson and a 3rd round pick as a cap dump for Yannick Webber. Then they trade Jack Johnson and a 4th as a dump with Bryan Rust for a Good defenseman in Janus Brodin. I think Minnesota makes out the best of anyone. They trade Jason Tucker to the Preds for Center Kyle Turris.
The Bottom Line:
Nashville gives up Kyle Turris Yannick Weber and gets back a 3rd pick, Gudbranson and Jason Tucker.
Minnesota gets a 3rd round pick, Jack Johnson, Bryan Rust and Kyle Turris.
Pittsburgh gets Yannic Webber, Jonas Brodin and cap space. There are other possibilities between these teams depending on interest of players. If the Wild would rather have Patrick Hornqvist than Bryan Rust, it could be worked out. This is a very good match of players for a 3 team trade!
