Description

Strengthen the depth pool as well as get some of the missing pieces, while I personally believe Gardiner is worth no more than $6 mil per season, he is apparently asking for $7 mil per, so i settled on an in-between. Cap space is too close, but I think having decent players to fill in for injuries or rotate through lines is great. Also I think we won't know if Poehling and Suzuki are 100% NHL until they actually play regularly during the season, so if they are ready then players like Weise, Cousins or Thompson can be traded or sent down when the season is underway.

ive adjusted the mantha trade, and the reason i got jensen is for this scenario i wanted to make montreal better now, not wait for the prospects to get better.

Red Wing are rebuilding. No reason to trade a young 25-30 goal scorer. If you really want Mantha, the deal most include suzuki/romanov/brook and a 1st.
Josh Brook was the surprise (with KK) at last year camp. He just complete his season in the WHL being the best pts producer (for a D). IMO, him or Julsenn will be ready for the 3rd RHD spot.
