Mode - plafond salarial: Basique

Description

Buyout Smith due to it being the lesser of buyout evils and his lack of a role on the team. Assume all the rookies make the team, which may be a stretch as I can see Fox potentially starting the season in Hartford. Can rotate Shatty, ADA, and Fox in and out of lineup depending who is playing well. Cap space allows for Igor and Georgie to rotate back and forth from Hartford as needed. Probable bonuses will have to take space away from next season's cap. Strome is the easiest to trade due to cap hit, performance last season, and lack of Ranger longevity (i.e., Kreider). Would rather trade Vlad but his value is low. Hopefully he plays well and can be a trade piece at the deadline. Attack away peeps.

I think the RFA Contracts are realistic. Probably can't lock any of them up long term besides Trouba.

Even though Hajek is an LHD and Fox is an RHD, I still feel like Fox will be up before Hajek.

Unfortunately Staal is immovable it seems, but for the most part I do think this is how the team shakes out.

I would be fine if they moved Vladdy for next to nothing, just to get Nieves in the lineup and clear some cap.

I like keeping Kreider & getting Saarela back (hated seeing him go in E. Staal trade) although Chicago doesn't have cap space for Strome. No other buyouts make sense other than Smith. Namestnikov probably has more value than most think. He's versatile enough to play wing or center, top 6 in a pinch & has a track record of producing when paired with top players (see Tampa Bay).
