Dermott and Hymans contracts are accounted for already, only Horton's is off the books from being on LTIR

Why? 20 players does not include them. They technically have 22 and are $290k under the cap

Dermott and Hyman count towards the cap on IR, contracts on LTIR dont count towards the cap
