I created a lineup for a year from now to see how the lineup would take shape with Kaprizov and possibly Boldy coming over. I made this without accounting for any future trades and assumed everyone was re-signed. In reality I know that probably won't be the case as Rask could be bought out, Koivu could be traded/walk if there's no room, and Spurge could not want to re-sign here. Also, I like Kunin at center.

After looking at the lineup I can see that there is a big logjam at forwards, so something will have to give. I have 0 clue on if Ek will surpass Koivu by this point. I'm also unsure if Boldy will be one and done at Boston so I left him out of the lineup. Finally, I realize (and hope) Kaprizov will probably be the best forward as soon as he gets here, but I left him behind Fiala and Zucc for now.

In the end I created this to look at the future for the Wild and hoped to spark some debate on who will still be here at forward/who will be gone.

All contracts are based off EvolvingWild's current projections. The cap hits for Kunin and Greenway could be entirely different if they break out in 2019-20.
