In addition to the inferior play, Player A also has been dealing with injuries the past few years, Averaging missing 20% of the season over the last 3 years. Player A is an RFA coming off a 3mil season and is expecting a raise at a minimum.

Now with all that in play you'd think Player B would be worth a minimum 1st....

And then a 2nd and 3rd would be a discount...

Burakovsky is definitely worth more than Vlad and its not even close. Just difference alone is age gets Andre a bigger return.

The not even close reference was just for the part of the statement where Burakovsky was worth more than Vlad.

The difference in age alone gets Burakovsky a better return and Andre has a higher ceiling/potential.
