You underpaid all the FA you signed. Martin is the only one that might work because you gave him term.
You gave some solid young pieces to St. Louis, but I personally feel they would rather hold on to Shattenkirk as opposed to giving him away for futures. Im sure they could get a slightly better package from another team.
The florida trade is bad, Crouse is their best prospect, and the best piece they are getting is a 38 year old dman.

One sided trades all around for the habs, and you are underpaying those free agents by quite a bit.
