I can't be the only one who thinks that Risto is highly undervalued on this site...I see so many mock trades that involve him that I feel his value is treated so low.

Yes you are. He isn't a top pairing defender. He is a 4/5 guy

The dude has put up 40+ points the last 4 years; hits and blocks shots like a machine. I know his +/- has been atrocious but he is on Buffalo, not a great team all around.

I'll admit, I don't pay attention to the analytics that probably prove he is worse than I think, but it shocks me to treat him as a bottom pairing dman. I'm not saying he is a #1 guy, but a good 2 or 3 was how I always felt about him.

Where are you getting those rankings from and what are they based off of? I'm curious.

ya he has a ton of blocks and hits because the opposing team is always in our zone because 55 cant make a breakout pass to save his life

he is not very good plain and simple

honestly i would consider moving him to forward
