Gusev isn't a Group 2 RFA,. He falls under a special category of RFA's that don't have a group # [CBA 10.2(c)] and can't receive offer sheets. Brock Boeser and Charlie McAvoy are both in that same bucket of not being eligible for offer sheets.

I am hearing rumors though that both Miller and Gusev might be traded to one team, we better get a good return if true. Mostly the rumors are on Miller but McPhee didn't exactly give the best endorsement of support for Miller or Gusev (these were interviews pieced together from development camp today)

Would Jimmy Schuldt also fall under this exception?
