Fair enough about Zucker. I personally really like him so I maybe overshot some of the value. I think he can be a really great fit in this situation for the Leafs.
For Demers it would be more of a cap dump if Arizona needs to shed some money due to their internal budget, but in that case if it's not enough then the Leafs can add a bit.

Wouldn't that be a first, Arizona having cap issues and Leafs taking cap. For Arizona fans, I'm hoping their ownership does spend close to cap so they have a good run at the playoffs.
