I'm not a big PK fan, but:
-The assets given were not that much (liked Davies though)
-He's the best D man we now have
-The term works with our young guys paydays
-Hall was a big fan of it and if you want Hall to stay something had to happen

Yeah, long story short: bad day, didn't like the trade, went over the top, my bad.

Subban is now our best defender I agree, but I just feels it leaves the Devils with no defensively minded/physical D-men and Subban could only be here for three years. I am also concerned on why NSH gave him up, instead of Turris for cap relief, even though Subban is a Norris winning/ multiple time All-star.

Plus I am in the minority but I was for trading Hall, I know he wants to be on a winning team but if ever year the Devils don't make the playoffs we have to hear about rumors of him being unhappy/ wanting a trade. I would rather get a younger player to build around Hischier/ Hughes.
