Rather sign perry for 3RW and not qualify bura

Drop Bura, give Perry the 3RW spot and half the average of what you have Bura at. Dowd at 4C, Boyd at 4RW.

I'd be thrilled. Not the focus of your team, but the only nitpicking I would have is paying Stephenson anything at all, let alone a raise. I do think that the Caps would rather see PoolParty as a 3RW, but that's a nice problem to have and hedges well against both RWs there.
