They aren't done trading.
A. they have to trade either Jarry or DeSmith out for cap reasons.
B. JJ will be trade out. They have made that clear. The question is where and what will the trade look like.

One of Bjugstad or Hornqvist is going to get traded too.
Also I think Wilson plays on the 4th line before Simon. Simon isn't a 4th line player. He doesn't hit anyone.

But there will be at least 1 trade before season starts and then we are most likely looking at in season trades again.

simple deduction. They already tried to trade him once, and unlike kessel, they aren't saying he's not trying to trade him. Because they are going to trade him. There isn't much stopping them from doing it. He doesn't have a NTC. It's just a matter of when not if.
