It's not that Dach would be a awful pick, the dude looks like he is going to be a great player, it's just that there are still quite a few other things to factor in. I personally think that the Hawks should draft either Caufield or Byram. Caufield looks like he is going to be a bona fide goal scorer that could help lead the Hawks to the playoffs with his shooting abilities but the the Hawks also still need to fix their defense (even with some promising defensive prospects) and Byram the best D-man in the draft. I really like the idea of them picking Caufield because the thought of him being on a line with Strome and Debrincat sounds lethal to me.

Turcotte, any true Hawks fan would see we've drafted so many defensemen and are loaded prospect wise in that position. So that leaves forwards, Turcotte or Cozens or Dach, I'd choose Turcotte. Also helps Turcotte is from the Chicago area.
