Way to much money for Eberle. I would rather have kept Bailey and just not signed Ebs.

No way would I give up Dobson for Nylander. Leafs are in cap hell and coming off the season Nylander had he is not worth the best D prospect in the game.

I disagree with you on Ebs, he is a better player than Bailey (better possession driver and goal scorer) has great chemistry with Barzy, is a right shot RW, and Bailey does net you a return which gives Lou more ammo.

Dobson trade is a tough one, was curious to see the reactions. In this case I think I pull the trigger because I believe this Isles roster is a contending team. Nylander and Zucker are both elite possession drivers and will have bounce back years in terms of boxcar stats. Also ,having Wilde as another high end RHD prospect helps ease the Dobson loss. Dobson is an elite NHL ready prospect so I think the Leafs accept as a contributing RHD on an ELC with tons of potential is a huge need for them.

The money going to Eberle and Lee here is just too much. Wouldn't trade Dobson for Nylander either
