Pretty sure this site includes IR salaries against your cap hit so you can't do that. LTIR doesn't get counted but IR does. I know it's different in real life but I believe that's how the site works.

With a lineup like this I would expect that either Scandella or Hunwick gets moved for a pick when Bogosian and Pilut get healthy. Which one, really depends on if McCabe can play top4

Yeah, but he has been struggling with concussion issues in Buffalo and all Buffalo teams that he has played for have been poor. Now as he gets his health under control and with the coaching change I wouldn't be all that suprised with a bounceback.

Too much, I would be fine with 8 but 9 is just overkill. No way he's going to be worth 9mil on the later years of that contract.

Maybe it'll be like when they signed eichel a 10 million dollar deal when he only put up 60 pts... then he scores 82pts after he got paid... but probably not... it's rare players do better then year after a big signing
