If we are giving up a 2nd and brook. I would like to add wiese with alzners contract. Also both karl and duch will want 7 years.

I think Ott well need the Weise contract to hit cap floor so change that 2nd for a 3rd
And also dont take Pesce back unless you're looking to trade him to the leafs (Kapanen, etc...)

Weise real cost is 1,7M on a cap hit of 2,3M
and same with Alz, after this season he is paid 3M on a 4,6cap hit... Ottawa need it!
We want Pesce... and think trading Petry away for a good return!

But acquiring Pesce to trade away Petry isnt the best idea. The team wouldnt have made it to 96 points if it weren't for Petry this year. Plus he only has 2 years left and thats when KK, Peohling...... will need new contracts

and Pesce comes with a favorable contract @ 4M.,, personnaly the best stable D to play with EK on the first pair.
