Description

Get Bowen Byram, long term plan (year 4) would be to have Byram - Bouchard as Number 1 pair,
Nurse - x, Klefbom - Larsson

Re-sign key Free Agents: Nugent-Hopkins and Adam Larsson.

Steer clear of big name Free Agents (learn from Lucic mess).

Develop from within (the Holland way).

Leave ample cap space to re-sign key players in Bouchard, Pulju, etc.

Not to mention having 4 out of 5 of those (Nuge switch with 1st line W) during Even Strength would be downright unfair.
