as a ranger this is overpayment by far from canadiens. but still i don't think i would take it, we need a elite player that Kakko more likely is than anyone than all this cuz by now we are jammed on most positions with elc talents.

Jeff G just came out and said he's not trading the pick. when will MTL fans get the hint.

to be correct he said "they most likely would not trade the pick" and every GM would probably say that even if its not true just to up the price and let everyone know it would cost alot. otherwise he would not be doing his job very good. ofc he will listen to offers, and IF the right one comes they will take it. no1 is untouchable for the right price (overprice)

this deal isnt enough for nyr. Yes there are some good stuff there but you dont take 4 quarters on the dollar. We have tons of good young kids that are clogging up our lineup we need a star. Also with shatty smith staal and king contracs all ending in 2 years we are in no rush to lose contracts.
