Puljujarvi is a waste of a jersey.
Gagner is vastly overpriced and doesn't really add anything that an AHL call-up couldn't.
Yamamoto is a decent start, but far from enough.

I see what you did there - making a big KESSEL splash to distract from that awful Toronto trade. The Montreal trade is just about as bad but at least it's in Edmonton's favour.

I don't think that's huge in Toronto's favour. Benning is a bottom pair dman and they were big on Brown. As for the Montreal trade.. Whether Edm gets a 4th or 6th, doesn't really matter to say is a brutal trade. If that goes through nobody blinks an eye at it. Little dramatic at the small deals but I respect it if you don't like it.

Montreal already has Alzner, if they were to trade an actual asset for Manning I think riots would break out in the street.

Re: Benning, he's better than TVR was when the Hurricanes traded for him, and they spent a 2nd. Brown isn't worth a 2nd. So to do Benning for Brown is already lost value for Edmonton, and you have them adding a pick?
