What's exactly realistic about this? Bobrovsky will get ~$8M on the open market, Karlsson will get $9M+, Marner will command $9M+ (and you're not getting a 1st line forward for a second and a third), Duchene will command $7.5M+, Skinner will get $7M+, Panarin will get $9.5M+.

Not to mention, you're REALLY over the cap.
