Caps ain't trading Kuznetsov in the division, probably at all.

Kravstov’s stats in the KHL compare to Kusnetsov’s in the KHL. Buchnievich is an excellent top 6 forward, and his only issue is consistency. The 1st rounded is going to be between 18-21, so it’s a mid-round pick. Kusnetsov’s terrific, however it’s not worth it for the Rangers to give so much up for him. For these reasons, Rangers don’t do that trade.
I personally like the Kreider trade, but I don’t know how likely they are to trade Nylander.
Strome trade was fine as well.

actually, yes. i've seen him play about a dozen times or so over the past 2 years...
career 3rd liner at best.

And has he had a fair shot in the NHL? No. Do players someone take longer to develop? Yes. He's only 21 years old

I wouldn’t move Kreider for him. Maybe Namestnikov for Alex Nylander + 3rd.
