Description

Do the unthinkable and pull out the offer-sheet. If TB matches, so be it, but have the nuts to do it. Who cares if your relationship with TB is trash after this. I'd do Point for four-first round picks 8 days a week. Rangers have stockpiled so many prospects and picks. This actually is realistic. Don't sit there and tell me it isn't.

I don't see this happening, but even if it did happen I wouldn't want to sink all of our future cap space on two players (especially with all of the players we need to re-sign in two years time). Let's also not sink our entire future on one player...

First off you can't OS Point for 8 years only 7 years, And secondly Karlsson wants 7 x 12 no way in hell he accepts 6 x 10. And Tampa matches the Point OS and deals with the consequences later.

There isn't a chance in hell with all the injuries starting to catch up to Karlsson that he's getting $12M per. He's smoking crack. My bad on the Point one. I had forgotten if the max was seven or eight for the sheet.
