this would be amazing for one season but gotta resign Vasilevskiy at the end of next season and i dont see him wanting to sign for half of what he is worth to come under to the cap and allow them to sign their RFAs

Especially after seeing Price and soon Bobrovsky signed to a huge contract.

They will need to do that just to resign Sergachev and Foot to bridge deals. The only way they would survive that cap is if they are very creative in the expansion draft in 2020 and can let Seattle take some of their cap issues for some picks and even then Vasilevskiy contract talks will be starting at 10 mil
