not desperate enough apparently. that doesn't even move the needle. Maybe Skjei, the rangers first, and zibanejad. first overall picks don't get moved.

It's really just Zibenejad that makes it an overpayment. Skjei and the Rangers 1st I am OK with. Just depends what else you could try and maneuver in place of Zibenejad.

Well yes, but a 70 point scorer at 5.3 for the next 3 years is fairly significant
