nisk is worth maybe 2nd and a 3rd.....his a top 4 dman but hes getting older and has a 5+ million cap hit.....no team is giving us a 1st rounder for him......maybe 2nd and a b prospect?

also would rather see gersich or afj in the line up over Stephenson. Stephenson isnt very good....sucks bc I like him but we have better talent in the ahl....maybe sign him for 800k and have him as a 13th depth guy

just saying ... there is little to no consistency in nhl contracts making it hard to predict what a player will/ wont sign for. imo if a player likes the team he'll take a discount unless there is a comparable player making more.....marner matthews situation. so who actually knows my guess is vrana signs long term 4.75 -5m bridge 3.5m
