Description
The Ducks trade is by far the biggest deal for this armchair GM so I went ahead and made a ducks roster with this trade to show how it is reasonable for the ducks to acquire Nash. Also, in the trade, it is effectively Nash, Staal, Lindberg, and a 3rd for Vatanen and Kessler (Stoner was immediately bought out). Kessler and Staal are both bad contracts which basically cancel out. Staal has 5 years left on his contract while Kesler has 6.

    Interesting trades/signings. two things I dont agree with at all is the Zibanejad trade. Hes worth way more than a 5th dman and a struggling winger. Also, Vatanen will want more, even if its just a three year deal, and deserves a long term contract.

    Klein would be 2nd pairing in OTT. Stop, that was stupid. And Hayes isn't struggling..He's misused. (See /60 mins stats)

    Like several players, Hayes had a sophomore slump. He was misused as well. Klein has played top pair minutes when he had to and did it well. He's 2nd pair dman. Big issue is Kesler hates Vigneault.

    Also, I'd bury or trade Glass for a 7th to a cap floor team (or throw him in a trade) and have Jensen/Hrivik fight for 12th and 13th forward spot.
