Though I have stated that Stamkos will probably not be in a leafs jersey I do believe it would also be true that he won't want to be a 2nd line center either. I think your team looks good on paper it would be hard for Snow to sign Stamkos for almost double Tavares' salary and not piss off Tavares seeing he more or less took less when he signed his last contract. So it could cost you Tavares in the future if he already hates playing in Brooklyn.
