Low ball offers won't get Tallon anything. Again like I said he doesn't want Bobrovsky to hit the open market. Because if he does there will be competition for his services. Plus, making a deal for him would allow for Tallon to move Reimer. Which is important if he is considering acquiring Bob. The Jackets are likely going to be in the playoffs so if Jarmo feels offers are not up to snuff then he rents him to himself.
