Did my best to keep it as realistic as possible factoring in NMC and how the Wings traditionally operate.

Moves:
Finally having some salary cap to play with I made a couple free agent splashes. Myers @6.5 might be a little steep but its UFA and guys get paid a little extra, he's a legit top 4 and keeps Hronek and Cholo from being thrown into a top 2 role.

Panarin is worth every penny of the just over 9 million dollars. He gives the Wings a true superstar that they haven't had in quite a while and gives them a top line that competes with anybody in the league.

Dzingle solidifies the top 6 but I realize he'd probably get a little more than 4.5. Having him on the second line give the Wings two lines that are a threat every time they are on the ice.

Dach slots in on line 3 *Assuming we pick between 3-6*

Zadina and Schev make the jump to full timers.

Brought Howard back because in all likelihood that is going to happen but gives our goalie prospects some more time to develop.

Ericsson to LA. Added some picks with that, they are rebuilding so they suck up his contract for another year and take the extra draft capital. I forgot to include it but we retain 50%

All other trades Gus, Jensen and Daley I think are all likely at this deadline.

All in all i think this version of the Wings has a legit top 9 and a legit top 4 that will have a chance to win every night. I don't think this team competes for a cup but they would be in the playoff hunt all year and likely grab a wild card spot. Another to develop for Dach(or similar prospect from this upcoming draft), Valeno, Zadina, Cholo, Hronek, Ras. This team is heading in the right direction.
