Preds arent dealing Saros away. Not a chance.. Also you would need to take on some salary in CGY trade because it doesnt work for them next year.

OTT passes on all trades, all 3 are horrible value wise for OTT.

Brown and HoSang are a wash in my opinion. Duchene for Dal Colle and a 1st and 2nd isn't too much to ask. They need a centre.

Our GM doesnt have the best track record when it comes to trading players. The picks and prospects coming back for the most part are decent.

That's horrible for Ottawa. Dal Colle and Ho-Sang are busts. A 1st for Duchene and a 2016 11th overall pick is a joke.
Im not doing the Preds trade without Dante Fabbro.
I personally don't mind the Calgary trade. Ive liked Kylington and Dube is good.

Couldn't find Fabbro, would prefer to get their goalie....no way we could get both. As for DalColle and HoSang being busts......what has Brown done to say he's any better.

how much of it is on Dorion and how much is on the cheap skate melnyk... and OTT made away prety good in the EK trade, they got SJS #2 and #4 prospects at the time, 2 roster players in their 20s and 2 picks.

I hated the Karlsson trade initially....but I think the haul they got is pretty good for someone that wasn't going to sign here anyways. It's hard to look down the road in these situation.
