Gourde is 6th on the team in points behind the big names (Stamkos, Kuch, Point, Hedman and Tyler Johnson) and one of our best forwards at suppressing goals. Every line he's on gets better and when he's removed from a line it has gotten worse (see games where Cooper moved Killorn to the Stamkos line and moved Gourde off).
Also...Simmonds is having a terrible year. I'm not a fan of this trade.

Have you watched the last 20 games? .. minimal points and negative plus minus .. Cerelli Joseph and now even Erne playing his minutes. He still good player but his time is dropping. Trade him before NTC kicks in .. he could draw a late 1 or 2.

Yes. I watch every game. I would still not trade Gourde. Especially for Simmonds.
