Yeah, this is not gonna happen. Blues wouldn't accept this you are asking for too much for so little compared. Parayko can be a top pairing D-man and you guys aren't really giving enough. So I say take out the 2nd and Kyrou and it's fine. Kyrou is the deal breaker.

I could ask for Robbi Fabbri instead, but his career looks like its stalled. Or Sanford, he might be able to become a 4th line player.

I'm fine with the blues trade, but I don't think toronto is gonna be able to dump Marleau's contract that easy. and also I think Kapanen is gonna want more than 3.3 but maybe not since its only a 3 year deal but would make sense for him to want to cash in after a good year and not take a bridge deal.

Maybe I was thinking more along the lines of a guy like Blais or Sanford.

Yes about Kapanen, I should have left his cash market value blank and just traded his player rights. As for Marleau, yes it's all just a dream, the Leafs are stuck with that contract thanks to the Caps beating the Leafs to the punch on the idea of trading a bad contract to let another team buy it out and just resign that player; re: Brooks Orpik.

I'll go with Sanford, he is NHL ready and a cheap bottom 6 forward guy.

wow a leafs fan that understands the situation their in, no offense its just I've had people on this page argue to me pesce isn't enough for Kapanen that maybe if the canes throw in a first and a prospect then the leafs would consider it, then the same guy signed Kapanen to a 8 year deal at 4 mil a season on his own team.

I'll love to see the 'Canes trade for Kasper Kapanen and than sign Sami Kapanen and both father and son play on the same line, just like Gordie and Mark Howe did 40 years ago on the Whalers. And Ron Francis can be their center!!!
