Columbus should get futures for Panarin, not two UFAs.

Wennberg contract is a bit rough, but Columbus has the cap space to spare. Panarin should net a few good prospects/picks from some desperate team making a playoff run. If Zuccarello or Hayes would sign with Columbus they can do it over the summer. No need to risk assets on them not wanting to resign.

True, I think that for Panarin should be guys like Kravtsov, Miller,and Lundkvist. Maybe even Shesteryorkin.

At which point the Rangers laugh because they can just sign him in the offseason. I'd do Pionk and a lesser prospect or two (Ronning, Lindgren, etc.)
