Five stars for a Pietrangelo (or Parayko) trade not coming to the Leafs. Blues fans think Pietrangelo is worth a top six NHLer, a top prospect and first rounder. Is your quantity enough?

Talbot is an okay piece but he’s ufa next year, then 4 garbage players and a healthy stack of picks. I don’t think it gets you petro. Think they would want Bouchard, Talbot or pool party and a first. And that is just for petro alone.

If that is what it would cost for 2.5 years of Pietrangelo then I would rather not trade for him. Bouchard is out of the question and from what I have read about Benson, I don’t think the Oilers would be willing to include him either.
