Mode - plafond salarial: Basique

I'll start it out with a few thoughts
1. This is all Bowman's fault and he should've been fired first, but never will because of who his dad is.
2. Q deserves better and he'll be missed greatly and he'll find a job probably within the week if he so desires. Great dude, wish him the best
3. Jeremy Colliton, whily extremely young, could actually be the man for this job. While he's no Q, change was probably due and Colliton is kind of an exact opposite of Q in terms of age and motivation tactics so we'll see how this turns out.
4. Personally, I think the Hawks will bounce back with Colliton and be what we expected them to be this year with a healthy Crawford, a borderline playoff team. Although I kind of hope we suck just to see Bowman fired because honestly, the only good he's done is drafting (which I would prefer to promote him horizontally to like a Director of Scouting/Player Development, while keeping his Senior VP or whatever to remain one of the top dogs, and then promote MacIver to GM, but that's a fantasy)

Anyway, for the remainder of this season, I would expect Bowman to make a few moves to get rid of the useless veterans (who he brought in himself...) to let Colliton use his young guys he's been working with in Rockford (Sikura and Forsling among others). Use the rest of the year to really see where this team stands and should go into the offseason with a decent amount of cap space to make a few changes (and hopefully a new GM :) )
