Mode - plafond salarial: Basique

Description

Step 1) Fire Hakstol. Appoint Knoblauch as interim HC. Hire a new PK assistant, and offer Laperriere the choice of a player development role or moving on to greener pastures.
Step 2) Inject more youth into the lineup. Aube-Kubel has earned a call up by now, has speed, can agitate and is very good on the PK, while Leier brings a high energy, hard hitting game that has been lacking in this team all season. Lehtera and Weise are too slow on and off the puck, and can ride the pine.
Step 3) At least win back to back games for once.

It's interesting that you mention Knoblauch. He seems to be highly regarded and I would be all for him to be the new hc. And yes, Lappy needs to be replaced.

Yeah, the theory when he was hired was he would be coach in waiting of Hakstol couldn't get the job done.

Not the time for the risk that trades present. Early days yet in the season. Manning, good one. Hope he does well for you. He isn't all bad.
